1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Anthem Sports & Entertainment, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

3. How to Enter

Eligible individuals will be automatically entered into the Giveaway when they sign up for an annual subscription to TNA+ at https://watch.tnawrestling.com between July 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM ET and July 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or around August 14, 2025. Winners will be contacted by email within five (5) business days. Winners must respond within seven (7) days to claim their prize, or an alternate winner may be selected.

6. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the promotion.

7. Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Information collected in connection with this Giveaway is subject to the TNA Privacy Policy.

9. Disputes

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York.
