Mustafa Ali looks to halt his downward spiral as he battles Ace Austin in tonight’s opening contest! Austin dropkicks Ali to the outside, followed by double knees out of the corner. Ali targets the injured knee of Austin, smashing it into the steel ring post. Austin crashes and burns on a crossbody attempt, allowing Ali to lock in the Sharpshooter. Ali uses Tasha Steelz as a shield. Ali capitalizes with another submission, forcing Austin to tap out.

Judas Icarus and Travis Williams of The Northern Armory face off against the Aztec Warriors in tag team action! Icarus and Williams are wearing the same bloody shirts they wore during Young’s Dog Collar Match against Steve Maclin a few weeks ago. Icarus bites at the mask of Laredo. Young and Williams get into it with the fans at ringside. Back in the ring, Octagon quickens the pace, taking out The Northern Armory with a corkscrew to the floor. Laredo follows up with a top rope Moonsault. The Aztec Warriors put Icarus away with double team offense.

A determined Xia Brookside wants Rosemary at Under Siege, and she’s fighting for anyone out there who refuses to sell their soul!
Cody Deaner joins Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt on commentary as Eddie Edwards battles Jake Painter! Deaner and Eddie will face off at Under Siege in a match where Deaner must win to save his TNA career. The bell rings and Eddie immediately goes on the attack. Eddie hits a thudding Blue Thunder Bomb on the hardest part of the ring. Back in the ring, Painter rolls him up for a close near fall. Eddie regains control, putting him away with the Boston Knee Party.

After the match, Cody Deaner says that he’s going to beat Eddie Edwards not because he wants to, but because he needs to!

O’Shea Jackson Jr. is on commentary for our next contest. It’s FIR$T CLA$$ vs. Mike Santana and Sami Callihan, just 24 hours before Santana and A.J. Francis clash one-on-one at Under Siege! Callihan sends KC Navarro over the top rope but he’s caught by Francis. Navarro gains control as FIR$T CLA$$ cuts off the ring. Callihan creates separation and makes the tag to Santana. The pace quickens as Santana goes on the attack, soaring over the top and taking out Francis on the floor. Francis attacks Callihan from the outside, allowing Navarro to capitalize with the Blessing in Disguise to win.

Joe Hendry’s LIVE in-ring concert ended in physicality this past Tuesday on NXT when he laid out Trick Williams with his guitar! This Sunday at WWE Battleground, history will be made when Joe Hendry defends the TNA World Championship against NXT’s Trick Williams.
Gia Miller moderates this in-ring debate between Director of Authority Santino Marella and NXT’s Robert Stone. In Marella’s corner is NXT’s Arianna Grace, while Deputy Director of Authority Victoria Crawford backs up Stone. Stone tells Marella that he does not deserve to be in a position of power in TNA Wrestling. Stone promises that when he’s in control, he’s going to make everybody a lot of money. Marella says that TNA is his family and they are going to stick together no matter what. Out of nowhere, Tessa Blanchard attacks Arianna Grace, while Stone brings the fight to Marella. It’s total chaos as Knockouts World Champion Masha Slamovich joins the fray. Slamovich and Grace join forces to take out Blanchard!
We see footage from earlier today where #1 Contender Matt Cardona reveals that Steve Maclin isn’t cleared to defend the TNA International Championship against him at Under Siege. Director of Authority Santino Marella announces that Maclin will be cleared next week and the match is made official for Thursday’s iMPACT!
Spitfire tune up for their “do or die” Knockouts World Tag Team Championship Match By Elegance against Ash & Heather at Under Siege! Opposing them tonight are Vipress and Mazzerati. Vipress launches herself out of the corner but is caught with a mid-air clothesline from Luna. Luna continues the attack with a big German suplex off the ropes. Spitfire score the victory with the Pressure Drop!

After the match, Ash & Heather By Elegance attempt to blindside Spitfire but it fails! Spitfire turn the tide and stand tall with the Knockouts World Tag Team Titles.

NXT’s Trick Williams joins Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt on commentary as TNA World Champion Joe Hendry joins forces with Elijah to battle X-Division Champion Moose and Brian Myers!
The System is in control as Myers trips up Elijah. Moose and Myers inadvertently chop the steel ring post. Elijah is about to make the tag but Myers pulls Hendry off the apron. Elijah creates separation with a knee strike to Myers, then makes the tag to Hendry. Both Hendry and Moose are down following in-sync clotheslines in the middle of the ring. Elijah spikes Myers with the Highwayman’s Farewell to win!

After the match, Frankie Kazarian blindsides Hendry but Elijah neutralizes him with a guitar shot!
