Santino Marella Challenges Ethan Page for the NXT North American Championship on WWE NXT
Following their confrontation last week, TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella stepped back into the ring on WWE NXT to challenge Ethan Page for the NXT North American Championship.
The closing moments of this back-and-forth contest saw Page use the referee to block the Cobra, deliver a thumb to the eye of Marella, and put him away with the Twisted Grin.
Meanwhile, TNA World Champion Trick Williams and The High Ryze assaulted Je’Von Evans following a heated war of words. Both Williams and Evans have their sights set on NXT Champion Oba Femi.
Trick Williams would watch on from commentary as Je’Von Evans defeated Wes Lee later in the night.
