NXT’s DarkState has made a bold statement since their shocking arrival in TNA Wrestling, and everyone is a target.
After Matt Cardona found himself on the receiving end of a four-on-one beatdown, he realized that he needed backup and he needed it fast. Cardona would attempt to enlist his former friend and tag team partner, Brian Myers, but his allegiance now belongs to The System.
A stunning change of heart would take place, as Brian Myers, Eddie Edwards and JDC fought back against DarkState on WWE NXT. And when Cardona was moments away from another vicious assault on iMPACT!, it was The System who came to his aid.
Now, Cardona will join forces with The System to battle DarkState in a big eight-man tag team match at TNA’s summer pay-per-view extravaganza, Slammiversary.
